TUESDAY: SCULPT

Sculpt (gliders) is an efficient and effective workout that utilizes, slow and controlled pilates-based movements. Get ready to push your limits physically and mentally as things heat up quickly in this class! You'll need a surface you can easily slide on, so grab your gliders or a home equipment modification. All classes are 45 minutes.
