MONDAY: SCULPT

10:00am ET / 7:00am PT 

Accelerate your workout efficiency with an inspiring set of exercises that combine strength, Pilates, and low-impact cardio. This class is focused on alignment, stability, and deep muscle engagement. You’ll push your limits physically and mentally as you progress through high-intensity compound exercises coupled with slow, controlled Pilates-based movements. Each class is carefully crafted and energetically delivered to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. All classes are 45 minutes.

TUESDAY: SCULPT

Sculpt (gliders)  is an efficient and effective workout that utilizes, slow and controlled pilates-based movements. Get ready to push your limits physically and mentally as things heat up quickly in this class! You'll need a surface you can easily slide on, so grab your gliders or a home equipment modification. All classes are 45 minutes.

Barre seamlessly blends moves from ballet, Pilates, strength training, and yoga. You will be guided through a series of micro-movements and active holds, using a set of light hand weights and your body weight for resistance. These small, isolated movements yield extensive results. You’ll work muscles you didn’t even know you have!
