HOW DO I ACCESS FALL INTO FEELING GOOD?
You can access FALL INTO FEELING GOOD by clicking "programs" under the "On Demand" tab in the menu bar.
WILL ALL THE WORKOUTS STAY UP ON THE SITE FOR THE 3 WEEKS?
ALL workouts will stay live on the site throughout the program in case you want to repeat any or if you happen to fall a little behind.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
For the classes, I suggest having a light set of weights (1-3lbs), a heavy set of weights (6-10lbs), a Pilates ball, and resistance loops. If you have none of the above that is totally fine!
DO I GET ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE ON DEMAND LIBRARY?
When you subscribe, you will also get access to the entire On Demand library, so feel free to explore and take additional classes if you're so inspired! There is a Warm-Up/Cool Down channel with Recovery workouts that compliment the program on your days off!
