CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CARDIO SCULPT:

Expect non-stop, beat based, full-body movements designed to push you to your limits and show you just how strong you are. Think strength x pilates x cardio. Most class are low impact, high intensity. 

BARRE:

My signature barre class fuses elements of dance and Pilates to create a full body workout designed for everyone. Each class features low impact yet energetic sequencing of movements that build strength, enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge endurance mentally and physically. No prior Pilates experience or dance training required. Just be ready to give your best and sweat! 

SLIDE & SCULPT:

Slide & Sculpt is an efficient and effective workout that utilizes, slow and controlled pilates-based movements. Get ready to push your limits physically and mentally as things heat up quickly in this class! You'll need a surface you can easily slide on, so grab your gliders or a home equipment modification.
